Our QC system covers all stages of production from material and component stage to the finished product stage, we will check each product before packing.

Test Equipment and Facilities

Name:bend wood thickness intensity inspection
Description:before producing we will exam the thinkness intensity of the bend wood to ensure the bend wood is intensive enough.

Name:load container
Description:the finished product was loaded in the 40'HQ container to be shipped by sea

Name:neat&clean warehouse to store
Description:neat & clean warehouse can protect product against moisture and other damage

Name:finished product examination
Description:when product was finished,we will exam every product again to ensure they are perfect

Name:Half-finished product examination
Description:during the producing process ,we will exam the Half-finished product, and only those eligible could pass

Name:Lumber moisture content determination
Description:before producing we will exam the moisture content of lumber to ensure it will not distort afterwards.
